Life is a story of the self-realization of the unconscious.
Everything in the unconscious seeks outward manifestation, and the personality, too, desires to evolve out of its unconscious
conditions and to experience itself as a whole.

This site is under construction! In addition to having started her own company , eCultureTeam , and working as a principal of KEE-International , Elisabeth Sundrum has been actively coaching executives, mentoring masters and doctoral students, and writing and speaking internationally. She is engaged in a number of interdisciplinary projects, involving executive mentoring and coaching, knowledge leadership development, knowledge networking and cultural assessment and transforming efforts. Over the years, as managing director of an international joint-venture between two large German and American companies, she traveled extensively worldwide. During this time Elisabeth came to understand that no religion or culture, be it in the East or West, has fully integrated, within a single framework of understanding, the three major dimensions of human existence – personal, interpersonal, and supra-personal. We still must ask: What is the relationship between psychological and spiritual work, In a very personal way, Elisabeth has been pondering these questions for a very long time, in part because of the loss of her sister and brother earlier in her life, and more recently through the passing of her father, Gerhard Sundrum, in January 2004 and her father in law, Roy Holland, in May 2006. These experiences have again raised the question: Is there life after death ? She is convinced and it has been proven to her that there is, but wishes to make the main focus of her work on a second question: is there life after birth ? Why? Of course, most people would immediately say, “yes” to this question. But we all know that the “quality” of life varies significantly. Some people simply “put in their time on earth,” while others “actively seize life's opportunities.” Therefore, Elisabeth is focused on the following: “It is my purpose to help others to awaken to their own creative and spiritual potentials in this life, but within the context of their own larger spiritual horizon.” Elisabeth Sundrum is currently doing post-graduate studies at the Arthur Findlay College , the World's Foremost College for the Advancement of Spiritualism and Psychic Sciences . In July 2006, Elisabeth Sundrum will introduce the “insight-out-within- process™,” which is based on her personal and professional life journey, her international studies and work experience in various management positions, together with the insights from her social scientific and psychological studies and research-projects, work-practice, learning theory and curriculum development, and including the psychic sciences workshops and spiritualism. The insight-out-within-process™ is a compilation of her own research, shared thoughts, experiences, observations and techniques, and has been profoundly enriched by the work of her tutors: Dr. Brian Hall - www.hthall.com

Colin Bates, Glyn Edwards, Simon James, Simone Key, Brian Robertson, Matthew Smith, Angela McInnes, Nora Shaw, Stella and Steven Upton, Su Wood , Alan Stuttle and Jan Marshall
The insight-out-within process™ is based on the understanding, that beyond the relative authority that teachers assume through the help they give their students, the genuine spiritual teacher also has access to an unconditional source of wisdom that is available to everyone. The genuine spiritual teacher is more than willing to help others to find it within themselves. The insight-out-within process™ is designed to be a journey of our whole selves:
Workshops, Tutorials, Groups and private sittings will be offered in April 2008. If you were to have interest in any of these offerings, please contact Elisabeth Sundrum at: sundrum@ecultureteam.com
